Fantastic experience at Surplus Furniture in Oshawa! Our family wishes we had visited here first for all our furniture needs. The staff was super helpful, and we got a complete solution for just $198 with a 5-year guarantee for replacement on any damage. Same-day delivery was the cherry on top! Highly recommend.

They won't stand by what employees state and claim they have no return policy. Do not buy from here and avoid it at all costs. They will say whatever it takes to make a sale. I bought a coffee table set and couch and love seat. The crack head delivery guys dropped the love seat broke my new floor then the couch wouldn't fit. So i had to use my old set back down inthe basement. The coffee table and end tables are still boxed and they won't accept the return. Absolutely terriable place. All lip service with your reply. I contacted you guys through your website and no reply. People do not fall for the prompt service this company tries to show. They don't care and my review stands.

Great service at the Oshawa location. The staff greeted and helped us as soon as we walked in. Prior to this we had visited different furniture stores were we didn’t even get approched for help. Great customer service!

Nasir is 100% the best sales associate to deal with! From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out! Was able to get us a couch TODAY! 🎉 I’m coming to edit my review because of the delivery, I went from a 5 star to a 1 star because the wrong couch was delivered and no one wanted to take blame, once my HUSBAND figured out that our couch was indeed in the trailer we informed him but they were confused because they were confident the one they gave us was ours …. It was a leather recliner and we got a fabric sectional that was much bigger, we got the wrong one out and finally our couch inside, but the part I had an issue with…. When the delivery guy said something about going home to do a line of drugs after this delivery! I suggest you getting someone to pick up your item! We’re officially getting calls now from the delivery company C&C movers when SURPLUS hasn’t even contacted me regarding this, the are asking for my negative review to be removed because they don’t like the honesty!

Had a great experience here we came from the brick couldn’t even get a sales person to show us any thing and at Surplus they were super helpful and showed my wife and I all our options for a kind size Bed even got delivery the next day!
